Hello soul family I’m Kris (Soaring Eagle) Pritchard. Ive studied the art of sound healing through vibration using Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Drumming, Chimes and various tools of vibration. Sound healing is the therapeutic healing of the body and mind through the application of sound frequencies. Sound healing helps relieve stress, anxiety, insomnia & improves physical, emotional & mental health.
Within the last 5years I became a Reiki Master. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. With Reiki I use my hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing and better health.
Recently I had to opportunity to study Medicine Man Shaman under Chief Golden Feather and have successfully completed all training and have been given my Shaman name of Chief Soaring Eagle of the Lakota Tribe of Oklahoma and have started as a plant medicine journey guide.
In addition to seeing clients individually, I provides distance/remote healing sessions with Reiki and quantum sound healing. I hold monthly, weekly reiki and sound bath meditations.
I co-created Healers for Healers on Facebook as a space for energy practitioners to come together to harness their energetic gifts, lift one another, and prevent burn-out.
I believe in providing wellness-focused wisdom to guide my clients through the steps required to find physical and mental health in a natural, sustainable way that lasts longer then a gym fad or a New Year’s resolution.
I’ve been a long-time believer of the power of sound, and that belief continues to grow. I stepped into Reiki and found how beautiful it is to help people heal with energy. My shamanic medicine-man journey has just begun, and I welcome it with open arms. Peace Love and Light.
Love And Above.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Mikao Usui developed reiki in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Now, reiki is used all over the world, including in hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments. “Reiki aids in healing by helping people become energetically balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually,”
Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being. It can: Bring on a meditative state. Foster tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery. Stimulate your body’s immune system. Promote natural self-healing. Relieve pain and tension. Support the well-being of people receiving traditional medical treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and kidney dialysis. Studies show that reiki treatment may create feelings of: Peace. Relaxation. Security. Wellness.
A recent review that included singing bowls research highlights several underlying mechanisms behind the impact of singing bowls on the mind and the body. The brain waves are likely to change significantly during the sound healing. The hypothesis indicates that the brain waves may change from a normal or agitated state to a very relaxed state such as theta or delta waves. This can happen during the singing bowls relaxation session or while listening to calming music. The binaural beats’ impact via the sound of several frequencies of singing bowls could further influence brainwaves, as measured by EEG. This area (binaural beats) still needs to be studied since the results are not fully conclusive however, small scale pilot studies are promising. Finally, the body’s biofield is likely to change due to the impact of the bowls’ vibrations. The studies indicate that this impact tends to bring balance to the biofield.
What is sound therapy?
Sound therapy is an ancient practice that is becoming popular again. It uses healing sounds to improve your mental and physical health. It can change brain function and even treat several mental health problems, such as depression.1 Sound therapy is all about bringing balance and harmony to your life with the help of soothing sounds. From listening to nature sounds and music to chanting and visiting a trained practitioner, sound therapy can help
Nature plays a vital role in our health. In the ‘80s, Japanese researchers discovered the healing benefits of spending about 40 minutes in nature, leading them to promote spending more time outdoors.2 Nature sounds can help reduce stress levels and give a feeling of calmness and relaxation, while also improving your mood.3 Now, since we all can’t run away to the hills, visiting your neighborhood park or even listening to artificial nature sounds via mindfulness apps can help. One such app is Ruhgu, which has a large library of nature sounds. Chanting:
Chanting specific phrases, singing devotional mantras and saying seed sounds form the cornerstone of many religions. This ancient practice, first thought only to bring us closer to the divine, also has many mental health benefits. It can decrease stress and anxiety and alleviate depression. So even if you aren’t religious, you can still take a deep breath and say phrases and words such as Om, Allaho Akbar, Om Mani Padme Hum, Amen, Wahe Guru or any other chant or mantra that you wish. Alternately, turn on a mindfulness app to passively listen to these healing words. Musical instruments: Another ancient method that has health benefits is generating sounds using singing bowls, Tibetan gongs, tuning forks and even drums. These instruments are hit or circled in a particular sequence by a trained therapist and placed around you to create certain sounds and vibrations. These vibrations release tension, reduce anxiety and depression and increase spiritual well-being.
